How Can severe Hand Pain Be Treated?

I am suffering hand pain for past 4 months I consult some ortho physicians they prescribed medicines while doing some simple exercises. But I not recovered. Even to day I not in a position to lift my right hand comfortably. 4 months back I suddenly I fall down. That time I not found any pains in my body. After one month above said things happen to me. Please give some suggestion.

the cause of pain is tobe diagnosed. it can be frozen shoulder since it has started after falling down it can be hair line fracture clavicle.clinical examination of hand is requered to exclude any fracture if requered x-ray of effected part can be taken intra the cal kenachort injection with physiotherapy may be requered
